The “L” shaped tee box is taking shape as turf installation has begun! Additionally, the installation of new concrete pathways continues next to 1 tee. So fun watching this enhancement come to life!

Concrete pouring has begun, and you can already see the significant improvements in the aesthetics of this area! The current color you see is due to the concrete treatment. The final color will match what you see in the cart staging area.

Congratulations to Christy Rogers for her first hole in one on 18!

The 1st tee is coming along nicely. We are enhancing the tee area with the addition of a warm-up green. This green will allow golfers to hit a few final putts before teeing off, adding an extra layer of convenience to your round. It was a great effort from Bill’s crew building the rock wall behind the tee.

To follow up on yesterday’s progress update, let’s take a look at Peter Wong’s beautiful shots of the “old” 5.

“Work has begun on the 5th hole. We are currently lowering the green’s elevation to reduce the severity of the uphill approach and create a punchbowl effect that will improve playability. Additionally, we are piping and covering the swale crossing the fairway, which will be filled to raise the grade and more effectively disperse golf balls.” - Bill Larson, CGCS

We are underway! Work begins on our beautiful opening hole. “A warm-up green, where golfers can hit a few last putts before teeing off, will be installed adjacent to the back tee. At the green end, the bunker on the front-right corner of the putting surface will be remodeled along with doing some shaping to improve surface drainage in that area.” - Jeff Mingay

The preparation for the Golf Course Enhancement Project is done. Almost time to push some dirt! Bill and Jared are working on the trees left of 10 today.
