More work than most patrons know go into every booth putting the fair on each year. Well done to all!

Thank you to all who came out this year! Thank you to our amazing staff, patrons, and partners. We had a blast and we cant wait to see you again in 2025! 🍻

It’s Hank’s 50th year at the and Ellen’s 40th!!

They know every role, from kitchen chef, to cleaning up garbage outside, to the perfect beer (of course).

We’re so thankful for the fun you’ve both built into and the incredible hard work you’ve done for the Fair for five decades! They both started as a young kids in the kitchens at the fair, and you never know where you’ll end up!

Our Lutefisk Steamed Buns will be back this year! As we like to say, this is not your grandma’s Lutefisk. 🤤

Crispy, deliciously sauced and rapped with fresh cabbage and yum yum sauce in our steamed buns.

Not a Lutefisk fan? Our chicken elote taco is a fan favorite. Seasoned and fried chicken, elote corn, cojjta cheese and a delicious elote sauce.

Both pair well with a cold beer, slushie, pop, or one of our NA drinks! See you NEXT WEEK!
