It is with great excitement that we welcome a new member to our Soapy Joe’s family. My wife Maddie and I welcomed our first child, Arlo William Lindsay to the world on June 5th. Irma is taking the role of big sister very well!!

Collecting food donations really paid off as today we were able to deliver 1,000lbs of food at Neighborhood House MN!!! We are thrilled with our community participation and we are so grateful! Thank you for your incredible generosity ❤️🚗 we can’t wait to do it again!

Soapy Joe’s Re-opening

Soapy Joe’s will be re-opening on Thursday February 16th at 9am!

We are beyond grateful for the unparalleled support we have received from our community over the last 48 hours. The most important part of all this is that nobody was harmed. Our staff is safe! Items will be replaced, damage can be repaired and equipment can be corrected.

A lot of people have asked questions in regards to the events that took place here this past Sunday night. Two most common questions have been, How can we help? And was there any personal information taken in regards to monthly membership account info?

1. Was my personal information taken?Zero personal information was stolen during the burglary. We do not hold or store personal account information. Our credit card processing company manages our monthly auto billing through a PCI compliant process. Your information is safe and secure! Computers that were damaged and stolen coincided directly with our wash operations and functions, which are of no use to anyone stealing them 🙃
2. How can you help? We are asking everyone who is willing and able, to participate in our food donation drive which will now be launching tomorrow, 2/16/23! We want to spread positivity in this community by focusing on helping others. We will be collecting non-perishable food items through the end of this month. All food will be donated to the Neighborhood House! Your participation in our food drive will be joy, hope and strength to those who need it most. Food donors will receive one free Ultimate exterior car wash voucher!

I really want to thank everyone who has reach out via text message, email, phone call and social media. Your support is what continues to fuel us! We are so grateful for the love, support and encouragement. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Sadly, Thieves had their way with our business last night. They gained entry and managed to take our entire point of sale system, our safe and both computers that run our wash.

At this time we are unable to open and process cars today.

Authorities are on scene and we hope to be able to get a new Point of Sale system ASAP so we can process vehicles.

Mother Nature had plans for us this week that didn’t include washing many cars. The good news is our staff is safe, healthy and looking forward to a warm up next week that we hope will bring you in! Tonight with the help of MN Viking Eric Kendricks and the Salvation Army we were able to give away 100 Thanksgiving meals to families in need. We are so thankful for the opportunity to serve our community. Thank you for an amazing night!

On Thursday, November 17th, we will be closing the car wash early at 3pm for a private Thanksgiving meal event. We will resume normal business hours on Friday morning.

Our event tomorrow is closed to the public but our staff will be participating by providing meals to families in need. It’s a special time for us to come together as a staff and we are grateful for the opportunity!

Thank you Veterans! We are offering a free Ultimate exterior car wash for all Veterans today. Please show valid ID to the cashier.

We apologize for the major sunday inconvenience but we were forced to close early today due to a broken hydraulic line. We will have this repaired tonight and ready for opening tomorrow, Monday the 12th. Again, we apologize to everyone who wanted a clean car on this beautiful Sunday. We hope to see you soon!
