Today is our last day. We open at noon and we'll have 16 beers on tap throughout the day.

We have received a lot of questions in the last couple of days about our final service date and here are some answers.

This is the final draft list for May 7th. We will have a limited draft list leading up to the final day. To see what is currently on tap, click the link in our bio.

We will be tapping beers throughout the day so check the times and plan accordingly. Everything will be sold as a pint or 10 oz. NO FLIGHTS, NO SAMPLES, NO 4 OZ., NO GROWLER FILLS. Pints.

We do not have any merchandise left to sell. Please do not ask our bartenders if you can have or buy items from the brewery (kegs, signage, artwork, awards, etc.), they will tell you no.

Please do not steal items from the brewery. This is a big part of why we can’t do flights, don’t have more merch to sell and will have to use plastic cups in the next week.

We will open for regular hours on May 7th (12pm – 11pm) or until we run out of beer. Once a beer is gone, its gone for good.

You can bring your own food into the taproom if you would like, but you cannot bring your dog.

The adapted poetic final words of Opportunity. Opportunity is what brought us here. Opportunity has been the guiding force of Tin Whiskers Brewing for the last eight years.

We are entering the darkest stage of our voyage. The next two weeks will see us journey toward an inevitable end. Our inventory is depleting, and we thought we could make it longer, but this is just not the case.

Our final date of service will be Saturday May 7th.

We will be featuring the darkest lineup of beers we have ever had on tap at a single time over the next two weeks.

Out of the darkness there is light, and we have saved a few special beers for our last day.

We will be tapping the last beers of Tin Whiskers on May 7th throughout the day. More details will be released next week. We hope to see all of you one last time before we end transmission.

It's draft only and once it's gone, it's gone forever.

We have received quite a few questions about crowlers, so here are some answers.

◾We fill crowlers on Mondays to be ready for when the taproom opens on Tuesday.
◾We are filling as many as we can but we are also limiting some brands so we have beer on tap.
◾If you are looking for a specific beer, it's a good idea to show up earlier in the week (we get cleaned out by the weekend).
◾We don't fill growlers.
◾Our online store has been taken down due to the high volume of crowler sales in the taproom.
◾Most of our beers are available in liquor stores and you can go to the beer finder on our website (link is in the bio) to find a store near you.

Dear Tin Whiskers Fans,

This message comes with a heavy heart.

For the last eight years we have worked to brew the best and most innovative beers we could come up with, but the decision has been made to power down the robot. We have fought hard to keep our brewery running and continue to make the beers you love to drink, but the brewery is no longer sustainable to keep going.

We will be open until the end of May and giving a true Minnesota goodbye. We would not have made it this far without the support from all of you. Thank you for that. Thank you for the opportunity to make some beers and share some memories.

We are going out the way we started; by brewing a beer. So Long, Goodbye is a Hazy IPA brewed with Sabro, Nelson Sauvin, Azacca, Simcoe and Pineapple. We brewed it with the same intent we have on all our other beers; to push what can be done. Three dry hops with over 12lbs of hops per barrel for a massive flavor profile that will leave a lasting impression.

We have a new lager out this week and it is 🔥🔥🔥

Vienna LAGER is brewed with 100% German malt and hops and fermented with our house lager yeast.

It's malty with granola-like flavors and has a subtle noble hop note.

12oz cans will be heading to liquor stores later this week, but you can get a pint or a crowler starting tomorrow at 4pm

Metis - Cherry Brandy Barrel Aged Pineapple Sour

This Friday, we are releasing our first barrel aged mixed culture sour. This project has been a long time in the works and we can't wait to share it with you.

What exactly is Metis?
It's a sour ale that was fermented with lactobacillus, brettanomyces and pineapple. We used cherry brandy barrels that had previously held rum to secondary ferment and mature the beer.

Metis gives off some real tiki cocktail vibes with flavors of pineapple, oak, cherry, and subtle rum and vanilla.

750mL bottles and draft will be available Friday in the taproom starting at 4pm.

Don't forget the essentials when you are out shoveling today!
