We arrived at this apartment fire on November 19th, 2021. To date, the insurance company has not made a settlement offer. "Deny, Delay & Dispute"...

There has been 7 site visits, 4 inside and field adjusters changes, and still no proposal from this insurer. They have only looked for ways to minimize the damaging affects the fire, smoke and soot had on this insured property.

No matter how long we've handled first party property claims, it never cease to amaze us how insensitive insurers are towards its insured after they've suffered loss or damage to covered property on account of a peril insured against.
