St. Pete Beach #7 in the USA. It will always be #1 to us...😊

Clearwater Beach named No. 1 in U.S. by TripAdvisor A reigning champion for sand and sunshine, Tampa Bay is once again home to one of the best beaches in the United States.

After a lot of promises and missed deadlines, power has been restored at Beach Haven. We will resume normal business hours as of today, September 18, 2017. Thank you everybody for your patience an understanding.

UPDATE: Finally! Our Power Company has assessed all damage and started giving estimates. At Beach Haven power should be restored by midnight on Friday.

We apologize to everybody who is trying to call Beach Haven. We have no power at this time, so our phone system or internet is not working. Power company is trying to restore power as fast as they can. We will let you know when we have power and are back to normal operation.

We would like to thank everybody for worrying, Beach Haven is perfectly fine. We have sustained just minor cosmetic damage!

St. Pete Beach July 4th Fireworks Frequently Asked Questions

Where are the fireworks being launched from?
They are being launched from Upham Beach

When are they being launched?
On Monday, July 4th at sunset (approximately 9pm)

Will Upham Beach close?
Yes, the fire department will close the beach at 6pm in order to fence off the launch area. Paradise Grille will also close at 6pm. All but the southernmost beach walkways at Upham Beach will close at 6pm. Metered parking will still be available.

Can I bring alcohol on the beach?
NO! There is no alcohol, glass containers, pets, fire (including for the cooking of food) allowed on the beach at any time.

Traffic?
Expect traffic delays in the city before and after the fireworks are launched. All traffic moving north of the Bayway bridge will be directed off the island from 75th Ave into Pasadena. No exit into Treasure Island will be permitted.

Will there be entertainment on the beach?
The city is not providing live music or other activities, other than fireworks, on the beach. Local beach bars/hotels may have live music or activities available. Contact them directly to find out their schedules.
