Pedaggi, a French couple, they immediately fell in love with the beautiful town of St Pete beach, they quickly offered their customers French specialties, delicious croissants and many pastries. In the 2000's their daughter-in-law Beverly Pedaggi bought the Croisette from them, and the inevitable Beverly's la Croisette breakfast & lunch was born.
