My main source of protein is seafood. I stopped eating meat January 2022…yes I miss it…but my digestive system is way better!
I was diagnosed with severe diverticulitis that nearly put me in the hospital. So not eating meat isn’t just a choice but it’s necessary for a happy tummy 😊

It’s been a year since I moved to Florida.
I can honestly say that it has turned into something beautiful!
I’ve grown in so many ways, mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
I took a huge leap, leaving everything behind, and move to Florida to start my life over. I love my new life.
If you have issues with drinking too much creamer in your coffee I suggest trying this as a great substitute.
Coffee ☕️ is my friend!!! But I have been drinking way too much creamer and over time it really does add up when you’re counting calories.
Vitamin A is beneficial on lots of levels.
It helps us grow, reproduce, and see.
It also helps protect us from toxins that accumulate in the body.! When we eat fruits and veggies that contain Beta Carotene our body convert it into Vitamin A.
As long as you’re consuming a good source of beta carotene you should be more than protected.!
Eating well has so much to do with how our body functions and ultimately how our body works for us.

I really enjoy cooking. And most everything that I eat I make. I can honestly say that I prefer home cooked food over takeout. And there is no fast food that I will eat, accept Chick-fil-A 🤤 But that’s like a once a year thing. Anyway…here are my food choices for the week!!

I started reading a book that I read about 10 years ago.
Each morning I start my day with reading a chapter. Each chapter is about 3-4 pages long, so its not some long read first thing in the a.m.

I adore veggies 💪🏽🥦 This is a typical meal for me, which I’m having for breakfast 😆 Today I’m eating this prior to my workout! Lots of flavor and spice!! Can’t go wrong with shrimp 🍤!
Did I mention that I LOVE TO EAT!! So here we have a steak salad with all the fixings! Spinach 🥬 steak 🥩 goat cheese 🧀 , tomatoes 🍅, and Mango 🥭…I used a small amount of Honey Ginger Dressing to top it off!
The journey to this place was a long one. But I’m here and looking for more.
Tuesday Afternoon Snack!! Avocado 🥑 is one of my favorite things to eat!! I’ll mix and match them with just about anything!!
