Recently, Cleveland Youth Academy participated in the Foundation House Ministries Holiday Banquet. This event helps raise money for mothers in need. Decorated Christmas trees, gift baskets, and more were auctioned off. CYA decorated a tree and it was auctioned off for $75.00! All the proceeds of the day went to help mothers that need a little help this holiday season!

🐢 Cleveland Youth Academy's HR Manager recently took a group of girls to a fascinating reptile show in Chattanooga. They were amazed by the amphibians, reptiles, and exotic pets on display. The girls even had the opportunity to hold some of these incredible creatures! It was an unforgettable educational experience for them.

The Youth at Crestview Youth Academy recently had the opportunity to participate in a "Life Fair" that focused on financial management. This event provided valuable insights and practical knowledge on budgeting and cost awareness. Students were able to learn about important financial literacy skills that will benefit them throughout their lives. The fair included interactive activities and workshops that taught students how to create and stick to a budget, understand the importance of saving money, and make informed financial decisions. By participating in this event, students gained a better understanding of how to manage their finances responsibly and develop lifelong skills that will contribute to their future success.

Wishing you all a very happy Thanksgiving! Everyday should be about expressing thankfulness and gratitude for the things we have no matter how small.We're thankful for our dedicated staff and the chance to help our youth become successful and independent adults.

Several young individuals and staff members from Brooksville Youth Academy recently took part in the Tunnel to Towers 5K Run. Each participant dedicated their run to a firefighter or first responder who tragically lost their life on 9/11. After completing the run, the youth had the opportunity to visit the 911 traveling museum.

He was there to explain the programs offered at Brooksville Youth Academy and all the great things we do for youth. not only from Florida, but other states such as Texas, Montana, and Vermont.
