The Tamiami DTSP

🚨My 3 establishments, Five Bucks Drinkery, The Tamiami DTSP and Salty J's have adopted highly stringent sanitation and food handling procedures that go way beyond industry standards.

We have implemented the 100% use of disposable paper boats and plastic utinsels and cups. Since the Covid19 outbreak came to the US, we have held a recertification class for our staff with ServeSafe to re-instill the importance of proper food handling and sanitation.

We have tripled our inventory of sanitizer and bleach as well as our usage. We will not allow employees to work if they show symptoms of illness. My establishments will stay open thru these times providing fun, clean environments serving up delicious food, cold beers and strong cocktails at a great price with southern hospitality.
