Neighborhood Grants and Mayor’s Award of Excellence Nominations

The City of Safety Harbor is accepting Neighborhood Grant applications and Mayor’s Award of Excellence applications through October 14, 2024.

Neighborhood Project Grant categories include entryway signs, fencing, walkways, fountains and lighting in a common area or neighborhood entryway. Beautification Matching grant categories include landscaping and irrigation in a common area or neighborhood entryway. The Mayor’s Award of Excellence recognizes property owners for beautifying their property and enhancing the property’s curb appeal.

Jasmine is beautiful & smells wonderful in bloom but it's not safe for your fence. It retains water & gets very heavy.

We highly recommend using a garden in front of your fence to help keep the jasmine off the fence but it still gives the appearance of a jasmine wall.
