We are so grateful for her hard work and dedication to our clients and the company these past few years, we aren't sure what we'd do without her!

The kitchen isn't just a room, it's the heart of the home! Every meal, every laugh, every moment — it all starts here. Because of this, we start every design in the kitchen, and work our way out from there. What is a kitchen must-have for you??

🌟 Project Manager Spotlight 🌟 Introducing Justin, one of our longest standing employees. Justin has been with Canopy for over five years, and has worked with over forty Canopy clients to build their homes. Justin has this amazing gift of always remaining calm, even in the most stressful situations, his poker face is strong! His background in framing and custom cabinetry has groomed him to be one of the best at figuring out difficult designs in the field. He loves his dog Cowboy, boating, and a cold Miller Lite. Here's to Justin, we don't know where we'd be without him on our team!

When a laundry room can be both beautiful + functional!

We recently completed this sweet bungalow in the Euclid St. Paul Neighborhood! The main home is 1,656 sq ft with a 624 sq ft garage apartment. Due to the shallow lot, we attached the home with a breezeway, which made for the perfect rear porch!

Based on popular demand, we've been adding mudrooms to our plans right off the kitchen. The added mudroom is an extension to kitchen, serving as a wet bar with a sink, beverage fridge and upper cabinetry. It also doubles as a drop zone -- since it is the rear entry to the home off the garage -- with drawers to store those backpacks, Amazon returns + items you don't want seen!

Holiday weekend is over and it's back to work + routines (unless you now have kids at home for summer break)! This dreamy kitchen is looking nice and clean -- and with the endless amount of cabinetry, it's easy to keep these countertops clear of clutter.

When your backyard transforms from day to night effortlessly! This pool is a showstopper at all times of day. The clients made such great use of their very small lot, and created such an inviting outdoor living space, accompanied by a pool, spa + firepit!

Because laundry rooms can be bold + beautiful, too!

The warm cabinet color and brass fixtures paired with the cool marble countertop tones is simply stunning in this kitchen. What's your favorite feature in this kitchen?

We added a chandelier in this loft, which is such a beautiful surprise upon walking upstairs. The open stairwell and black metal spindles perfectly compliment the fixture, and really transforms this space!

This primary bathroom is bright and beautiful, with so much natural light shining in ☀️

Moody study vibes are strong in this space -- painted the most perfect shade of green! The slightly modern chandelier really completes the room, and is a stunning contrast to the traditional moulding and built-in details.

We raise our hammers to John, who recently completed this stunning home on Woodlawn Circle! John is celebrating his one year anniversary with the company tomorrow, and we are so grateful to have him part of our Canopy family. John has such a kind and laidback demeanor, and is usually sporting big smile!

Our clients selected the four square model to build and wanted additional outdoor living space. To accomplish this, we connected the garage to the home with a breezeway, which added so much usable outdoor living space! The sliding doors in the dining room and living room really opened up the home to the outdoors as well.

DYK the City of St. Pete requires a window every 16 feet along the exterior walls? This new floor plan, The Seaside, has a window in the kitchen due to this rule -- which created an opportunity for a beautiful range hood design, and cabinet tower to offset the window in the kitchen. We love the end result of this kitchen design! Let us know what you think.

🍀 Ode to green 🍀: the nature-inspired hue that pairs well with others! We love incorporating green into designs, and have some beautiful green colors sourced in upcoming projects in bathrooms, studys, and exterior shutters!
