May is Melanoma awareness month. In my teens and 20s I used tanning beds religiously. As I got older and sadly lost a good friend to melanoma I realized how dangerous it was and started wearing spf religiously instead. I know a-lot of us feel better with a little color, but it is just not worth the risk. See my girl for a spray tan instead!
