November 1st and I am ready for a month of health, happiness and choosing joy.
It's gloomy and rainy here today but life is too precious to not be thankful.

Workout clothes.
I have tried so many different ways of folding, hanging, and rolling my clothes. This is by far my favorite yet!

This hit me hard today. Does this hit home for anyone else?

After years of what feels like a life of chaos I am finding my peace in recognizing what chaos means to me.
I see how I can change it and how I can't. And when I know I can't change it, I let go and find what does give me peace.

Life is short. I have been far too close to the end of it too many times. After my heart transplant 16 months ago I knew I was ready for huge changes. I was ready to go all in with my purpose. Not everyone is given the second chance I received. I won't waste my precious life feeling anxious, waiting on what most likely may never happen or in chaos. It's not working for me anymore. My donor deserves better of me, too.

How can I help take some of the chaos out of your life?

I lost over 2 weeks of biz prep (health stuff) for launching but just didn't want to wait another day! So today was one part shopping for friends and one part self care. After my last 19 days I felt like I deserved a little pampering. 💝
A huge thanks to my friend Chrissy for great company and beautiful nails.

Let's face it, isn't choosing what to wear frustrating enough some days?

Let's fix that by starting with a small walk-in closet....

1. Take everything out.
2. Clean the shelves.
3. Sort items into piles of Donate, Consign and Toss.
