POV: Weekday call volume at SPC!
Did you know our call volume is heaviest on Mondays and Fridays? If you have a non-urgent issue, like a medication refill, scheduling for a chronic issue, or needing to schedule your well child check, waiting until Tuesday through Thursday might be your best bet to get through our phone lines quickly. We know our lines are very busy and we’re actively working on other solutions such as online bookable appointments and appointment requests through patient portal. We appreciate your help while investigating other options!!

EXCITING NEWS!
We are trialing a new way to schedule appointments here in our clinic!! You can now book acute/urgent visits from your patient portal. Each provider will have a few spots open per day. If all goes well, we will hope to expand the program in the near future. We do ask that these be urgent visits only and preferentially scheduled with your primary care provider. This feature is scheduled to go live tomorrow morning!

Due to icy roads, we are unable to fully open clinic this afternoon. We apologize for the inconvenience. We appreciate your patience as we try to reschedule non-urgent appointments.

Wed 1/17 update: due to the ice, SPC will delay our opening to 1 pm today. We’re so sorry for the inconvenience.

As long as the weather is as predicted for the morning, we will be open for a full day with all scheduled providers on Wednesday 1/17. ⛄️

With snow again in the forecast, SPC will be open until 1 pm today, Tues 1/16, to facilitate our staff getting home safely. Please call early if you have urgent concerns.

Due to limited staff available, we will be open only for acute/urgent concerns on Monday January 15th. Dr. Griffin and Dr. Straehley will be holding down the fort.

If you have a non-urgent visit already scheduled on Monday, one of our dedicated reception staff will call you sometime later this week to schedule.

If you have an urgent visit already scheduled, we
will do our best to accommodate you with our available providers. We will also have limited triage nurses available for phone calls.
