A few photos of a brand new construction roof. While we usually find very little on new construction, there are always exceptions. On top of this we have seen two plumbing leaks so far and we are only half way done…

We have been performing sewer scopes for years with great success. Sometimes we find issues that we don’t have answers for and in that case we recommend a plumber. After scoping this home, we determined there were issues that we could not determine (the camera went black and there was no visible piping. We suspected a possible old buried tank). We opted not to charge the client for our scope, and instead wrote a comment into the inspection report of our findings. Our recommendations were to have a plumber evaluate the issue and correct accordingly. Turns out there was in fact an old tank, and it is now being corrected. 🙂
