Recipe 👇 -1/2 cup of plain yogurt -1-2 tbsp of protein powder -1 tbsp of nut 🥜 or seed butter -1 tbsp of melted chocolate🍫 , we love using dark -1-2 tsp of nuts -Sprinkle of sea salt (optional) -Combine the yogurt and protein powder -Layer the almond butter on top -Pour the melted chocolate on top of the yogurt and almond butter -Sprinkle with almonds and sea salt -Place in the freezer for 15-20 minutes -Take it out and crack the chocolate shell and enjoy ☺️ #health #nutrition #protein #livwellness #eatrealfood #snack #dessert #recipe
