I am so thrilled to share with you a dream that is finally coming true for me !!

I've always dreamed I would have a place that I could invite other vendors to create a vendor marketplace! Event professionals like florists, photographers, djs, hair and makeup artist, balloon pros and more . So when our customers come to pick up their rentals they could pick up their flowers , balloons , treats etc.

We have 3 offices avail. Very reasonable rent . Decorated lobby area to meet with clients . 2 ADA bathrooms and shared kitchen area. No utilities just straight rent. No triple net . No deposits. Month to month .
(We already have a photographer and wedding planner) Taking applications ! If you'd like to view the space or have questions msg me ! Thank you Jesus ❤️

Looking for a space to host events? We have a great spot here in South Salem that fits a max of 60 people for just $195 Mon, Tue, Wed or Thurs (10am-10pm), $295 Fri or Sun and $395 on Saturday!

You can occupy the space from 10am - 10pm, we provide 10 round tables that each seat 4-6 people & chairs with black covers. You can rent tablecloths in all different colors from us at a discounted rate of $5 each and if you rent items from us to decorate your event, we'll deliver it to the event space for you!

You'll also have use of a kitchen with a microwave, fridge & freezer, a sink & a bathroom. It's cooled in the summer and heated in the winter!

You can bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks and we also allow you to bring in liquor, with appropriate insurance.
