Amazing smile, even more amazing human being! Doug Jones generally takes on roles where he is in heavy makeup or masks, but he is a respected and renowned, award-winning artist. He’s a star and he took the time to chat with me, shake my hand and shared a hug. You may know Doug from Hocus Pocus, Star Trek: Discovery, What We do in the Shadows (), The Shape of Water, Hellboy 1&2 and Silver Surfer…among others. Talented actor, world class person, is the best 🙌 🔥

Look at the smile on this State Champ! He and the 13 year old baseball team representing our local Cascade Little League won state last week and are headed off to the Little League Western Regional in Arizona this week. Such an amazing accomplishment and we’re excited to see what happens in AZ!!!

Well, La Pine frontier days started off the 4th of July festivities with another amazing parade!! The family had a blast and this town is something special. They fought off a massive fire and the town was saved(for those following the news). It’s a great day to celebrate our Independence and we hope you’re having a great 4th of July wherever you are!!

This young man is taking his skills and great smile 😃 to the dance floor this summer with the Sprague Dance Team! His skill and willingness to help others be their best dancing selves is something special. We’re excited to hear how this summer’s competitions go and wish him and his team the best of luck!

I know we were quiet during the holidays but as we looked back @ 2023 you’ll see we found some time to enjoy Christmas as a family, and were able to find the biggest cuckoo clock in the world and support who look AWESOME so far this year! We have seen some pretty cool 😎 and special eclipses in Oregon over the last few years! 2 questions though; How are these glasses not trending? How many eclipses did Doc Brown see in his future? 🤷‍♂️

They say Summer is ending, and what a busy Summer it was. We had so much fun seeing all those kiddos in the office!! Thought you might like some weekend highlights we had to wrap things up in the last few weeks. We’ll see you soon!!
1 - We 3 amigos boldly went where thousands and thousands have gone before but this years brought us our most exclusive and exciting experiences yet! Including the most brutal shakedown by an electric pedicab 😣
2 - I met and briefly chatted with #1 NYT Best Selling Author WOW, it’s pretty amazing when a literary hero far surpasses your hopes for a nice experience 😁
3 - We sweat SO much to truly understand how Bowser and Mario live 🍄
4 - We supported our daughter’s many days competing on the pitch and on the court. She never played goalie until a year ago and has already established her self as one of the best, so proud 🥲
5 - Closed out summer with the perfect breakfast surrounding by hundreds of years worth of history and beauty with the amazing

I don’t know what’s more satisfying; the beauty of Crater Lake and it’s surroundings OR the fact I got my family to smile this early in the morning… I’ll take the latter and call it a big win to enjoy the family time. Hope you’re enjoying some family time this weekend 😊🙌

Good morning! Father’s Day is here and once again, I’m grateful to my Father for all the life lessons and support he’s given me. I’m grateful for those Fathers in our community who are doing their best to love their families and friends. I hope your Day is filled with joy and rest!

Just like that wall-smashing pitcher of Kool Aid says...OHHH YEAAAAHHHH!! School is almost out and based on the temperature, summer is already here! What better way to celebrate than a fun weekday movie and some air conditioning? We like to celebrate, so we're giving away a pair of movie tickets on Thursday. Tremendous opportunities to support a local young women’s group as they slid the natural water slides outside of Bend and then climbed Smith Rock, capped off by another Soccer Tournament with for the Young Lady who keeps us moving like all the time!!

It’s been a minute but things have been busy for Dr Bruce and his Peeps! Took them to St Paul Rodeo for the 1st time. Celebrated bringing another teenager into world. Adopted Ghost, the cutest little kitty! And between Swim Team, Basketball 🏀 and Soccer - Driving this little girl around everywhere. We love hearing your summer stories and look forwarded to sharing more!

For me, being a Father is about moments like these over the years, where we smile, we laugh and share an adventure. I am forever grateful for my time as a father! Happy Fathers Day everyone!!

Dr Bruce was in his happy place helping coach🏀 his daughter and a group of focused, tenacious 💪🏼 young ladies on the basketball court this season! Every kid improved by leaps and bounds. The best sign of a great season was the smiles all around and a stated desire from every Junior Oly on the team to continue on with basketball. 😃

1st of all, I truly am OKAY! I don’t know why I decided to close my eyes for this picture other than to tease my wife about my ability to drive home. If you follow this to the end, I’ll share how you could win a $20 gift card or a pair of tickets!! I was inspired recently by local influencer who has been very open about her health status and local car builder who is currently battling cancer. As some of you might remember, my Uncle passed away from Cancer last year, still the 2nd leading cause of death in America . What you don’t know is that as I was losing weight last year, while working out, I found a few lumps… After consulting with local surgeon at , I chose to have a couple removed with just local anesthetic and sent to the lab. Despite reassurances these were most likely Lipomas, aka fatty tumors below the skin and usually harmless, I wanted to know. As you might have guessed from my headline, I am totally OK, they were Lipomas and it truly was a super simple easy biopsy. Thanks to the excellent knife skills, I was running 12 hrs later and did get poked in the chest which made a suture bleed 🩸 BUT totally worth it! I tell this story to remind us all to listen to our bodies or what our friends and loved ones are telling us about their bodies. There should never be a stigmatism to seeking guidance from medical, mental or even dental professionals for you or a loved one’s health. Awareness months are nice but I say being aware every day can save more lives and tell your peeps you love and support them because who knows what tomorrow may bring 🤷‍♂️ Ah yes, all you have to do to win the Gift Card or Movie tickets is leave a positive comment below AND share this with a friend so they know you support them and give them a chance to win.
