Manneken Belgian Saison- OG-1.062 FG-1.004 SRM-5 IBU- 30.4 ABV- 7.5% Fermentables- DME Pilsen light and DME Bavarian Wheat. Steeping Grains-Weyermann Floor Malted Pilsner, Aromatic, White Wheat, and Acidulated, Flaked Barley.Hops- Hallertau Mittelfruh, Tettnanger and Strisselspalt. Yeast- Safale Belgian Saison BE-134. A nice little saison for these hot days of summer. Good retention, a little haze from the wheat. Great lacing. Just in the bounds for style (we didn't want a hammerhead). This one has good carbonation. Since it is a kegged beer so it is a bit less than a bottled one. Nearly perfect. great for bottled and kegging. This is a kit from Salem Brew Supply. (All my recipes)

Our giant apple press is officially in service, and apparently works "perfectly." It IS a fair amount of work, I can confirm that. But holy crap, the cider you can make with fresh pressed fruit is *chef's kiss!
