You can choose protein from beef, pork, chicken, or tofu.

Radish kimchi

Seaweed noodle salad
Krispy seaweed wrap
2 fried mandoo
Rice
Your choice of protein

I am in Texas now to shop for the restaurant. This time I am getting more new items for our new menu K-Dosirak. We will start to serve you from tomorrow.

If you like to try it for free, put your receipt with your name and phone number in a jar by cash register. We will draw 5 customers every week until end of July for you to try.

I have been preparing for a while to introduce more ways of serving Korean food.
We like to start K-Dosirak which means lunch box from June 15th. More Korean side dishes and soup will be included.

I am in Philly to visit for my lovely niece's graduation. It has been 3 years and she became a beautiful woman. I. am so proud of her.
I appreciate all my Seoul USA helpers so I could have a wonderful time with my family.

I like to post happy and positive messages but I got to mention this.
We have been getting very bad reviews by some customers about they waited too long to get food from us. She said she waited 25 minutes.
First of all, we are not a fast food restaurant. We cook most of our menus from raw. Although, they take 5-10 minutes except few menus. However when we have multiple orders, it makes us slow down.... 😔
I saw people lined up and wait 40-50 minutes at fast food restaurants.....

I try really hard to make everyone happy with us but still I cannot please everyone, obviously.

We had many customers and I was a main cook so I couldn't even notice who came. I am sorry if I didn't say Happy Mother's day...

Now I am driving down to Texas to get Korean products. Most of them are all gone!!!!

One of healthy teas from Korea and it has been loved by Korean over hundreds years is green plum tea. It is best selling in our restaurant as well.

I am standing middle of nowhere in Oklahoma. There must be an huge accident. Hundreds of vehicles are stuck in over an hour and half.

It will be 5 more hours to Salina.... don't know how long we have to wait here....

We have Korean buffet today 11-2!

When I started the restaurant 11 years ago, I had a dream. One day a week, my restaurant provides free meals to everyone, just for everyone. I let everyone know this, so I will keep my dream and word. This dream is still on, but I need to pay off my loan for business first. I am a good cook but not a good businesswoman as you can tell….😂
I wish I could find a person who has a good heart to take care of customers like I do and carry on at this restaurant even I am in heaven. Also, I can stay in business in Salina so it would happen in Salina. It’s my prayer….

Yes, we were so happy to donate our Bibimbab, Beef bulgogi, and Chicken bulgogi to 200 people at the AMBUCS annual auction.

We are going to donate our foods to AMBUCS annual auction event tonight. There will be around 200 people and we are serving them.

I have done many years to help them since they have done so wonderful things to our disability citizens.
