Welcome Robert Koenigsman, Business Development Manager.
Robert brings 20+ years of manufacturing support and leadership experience in various business roles supporting CNC Manufacturing, Assembly, and Maintenance/Repair. Here at Exline, Robert is responsible for nationwide business development sales and services including equipment repair, precision machining, and thermal spray capabilities.
Robert started his career with Boeing Commercial Aircraft where he held numerous leadership roles in supply chain, program management, and aftermarket sales. In 2016, Robert established his own consulting company to assist composite and CNC machining centers with business development efforts in the aerospace and defense industries.
A graduate of Kansas State University, he enjoys spending time with his wife, three kids, and two grandkids in his free time. On a free summer weekend, he enjoys taking the boat to the lake with family and friends. In the winter months, you will find him on the ski slopes in Colorado. Robert’s passion is coaching AAU basketball in the spring and summer months, which he has been doing for the past 15 years.

Will and Anne Exline and family are pleased to announce the arrival of Robby Exline. Robby is the firstborn in the seventh generation of the Exline family.

Each fall, Exline Inc. has a Corporate Wellness Challenge to encourage health and wellness among our team members. Those who wish to participate have an app that tracks their daily steps. Members who meet the challenges are then entered for weekly and grand prize drawings. We kicked this year's challenge off this past Saturday at the Fe for a Cure 5K in downtown Salina and will wrap it up on October 15th.
President of Exline Inc., Bret Hightower, recently attended the Stratco® Alkylation Best Practices Workshop in Ponte Vedra, Florida. Bret thoroughly enjoyed networking and connecting with industry experts and peers.

I have worked here for 41 years. (This is longer than Rob Exline, our CEO!)
🔻 What do you enjoy most about working at Exline?
There are many wonderful people who are great to work with, along with the Exline family. We get together often for family events, parties, and to socialize.
🔻 What would you tell someone who is considering working at Exline?
I really enjoy working here. Everyone is wonderful to work with and so helpful. Each employee has the ability to grow and advance throughout their career here.
