I have 2 beginner's reborn kits for sale. $179 with free shipping. Add on a hair rooting kit for $35 more. Starter kit includes:

One newborn sleeping Bountiful Baby kit
Cloth body with zip ties
12 small Genesis heat set paints
Brush set and sponges
Paint pallette and glass bowls
2 Prisma colored pencils
Small bottle of AK Ultra Matte Varnish
Micro glass beads for weighting doll

Rooting kit would include:
Economy mohair for 1 doll
Set of 4 rooting needles
Small mohair conditioner

All you will need is polyfill stuffing and paint thinner from your local craft store. Everything else you need is included. You may want to have a tabletop convection oven for the heat set paints as well. There should be enough paint for at least 3 newborn sized dolls, possibly more depending on your methods.

There are many free and paid reborning lessons online, but I will always be available for any help or questions you have along the way. 🙂
