Family displaced after house fire in Rowan County A family of four was displaced by a house fire in Rowan County on Saturday.

New and exciting things abound… this week at🌶️🌶️🌶️

Starting Thursday we will start collecting canned goods for our FIRST ANNUAL THANKSGIVING POTLUCK!!

Myself and have teamed up to GIVE BACK! We are both new to and have been so blown away by the community support we have been shown, we have teamed up to show our commitment to all of Salisburys residents.

During Nov we will both be collecting canned food for our community potluck to where we will prepare and serve the displaced residents in downtown Salisbury a thanksgiving meal.

For every 10 cans of corn, beans, cranberry sauce, sweet potatoes and any other pull top canned items like fruit, beans, raviolis, chicken, tuna you will receive a 10% off coupon. We will also be collecting any toiletries, blankets, socks and winter apparel.

YEAR OF DATES RAFFLE
We will be raffling off a YEAR MEMBERSHIP for 2 to and your first date night there on us! $5 a raffle ticket which can be purchased at either location. Proceeds will go to purchasing the turkeys for our potluck.

Donations need to be in by November the 18th, and we will be serving Nov the 19th ** details for location coming **

If we are flooded with donations which let’s hope we are, we would love to be able to create giveback boxes to hopefully help out during this time of year. Any items can be donated for this any time and we can collect and create boxes as donations come in. ** stay tuned for more details

We have some super exciting things about to happen in November so definitely stay tuned for great things are ahead.

Saturday ~Halloween is not for kids only Bar Crawl, as always we have live music(Seth Grigg) with a costume contest at midnight and cash prizes 💰💵

Today on your weekly pre-weekend update we have Cj sunshine hosting open mic 🎶 Come out and support your local musicians/friends on Thursday!!

👻 Friday the 13th we have an incredibly talented band Billy Jones and The Pockets kicking off the night at 7:30 till 8:30 where The Stokes will pick up until 10:30. Said bands will be playing outside if weather permits ☀️💃

🪩 Saturday we have the glow party in the back dinning room. The well anticipated band, The Grateful Dudes will be performing from 8 until. We’ll have local artist and perfessional body painter Debbie Beasley will have her art displayed and available for your purchasing pleasures so make sure to check us out!!

With all of the hustle and bustle of OctoberTour week, the tour booklets coming in was a perfect excuse for Weston to take a break and have story time with Rachel (no, she was not okay with him sitting on her desk...but we’re training him one day at a time).
