We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Customer feedback is priceless, and these CSRs can gather that for you. Problem-solving comes naturally to customer care specialists. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

What you will do:
-Deliver/install home medical equipment (including but not limited to: wheelchairs, hospital beds, oxygen, ramps).
-Demonstrate how equipment is to be used.
-Complete delivery paperwork and service calls.
-Clean, maintain, and service existing equipment.
-Provide on-site customer service and sales support.
-Solicit sales of new or additional services or products.
-Maintain inventory control.
-Demonstrate Orbit Medical's Core Values in all interactions.
-Responsible for achieving and maintaining sales quota.
What you need to be successful:
-A passion for solving problems and delivering solutions.
-A love for people and the medical equipment that improves their quality of living.
-One or more years of customer service/sales experience preferred.
-Reliable and flexible when it comes to dealing with difficult situations.
-The ability to quickly adapt in an ever-changing and fast paced environment.
-Motivated to meet and exceed evolving key performance objectives.
-Ability to work some weekends.
-Capable of lifting up to 80 pounds.
-Excellent oral and written communication skills.
-Basic knowledge of smart devices (tablets).
-Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
-High school Diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation:
