Don’t forget to start the new block with an InBody scan. You can do your InBody anytime before class. Need Help? Just ask.
Congratulations to everyone who participated in our Rise & Conquer challenge. The challenge will officially end on Sunday Oct. 6th. We hope you have conquered your goals and dialed in your nutrition over the past 6 weeks.
Winners will be announced at the end of the week.
Rise & Conquer challenge participants:
✅ Get your final scan done before Wednesday (October 9)
✅ Show the front desk the final change in your body fat + muscle mass
We will also track the winner of the amount of points in Macrostax and announce our challenge winners next week.

Rise4! As we get busier it is critical that you sign up for your class BEFORE you get into the building.
If you don’t sign up before class, there is no guarantee you will get in. Especially in the evenings recently, classes have been very full!
Less stress for you overall is always worth it! If you can’t make it, don’t worry, shoot us a text and you won’t be charged a late cancel fee.
Better safe than sorry 💪🏼
