We are sad to see another coach go! But we are happy to see our coaches being able to be able to grow successful in life and go onto bigger and better things! Thanks for being awesome Coach Mark! You will be missed as a coach here with us!

With heavy hearts, we mourn the loss of an incredible rockstar, Coach Lydia Freeman, from the Rochester gym. We extend our deepest condolences to her loved ones. Spring Kickoff !
In honor of the warm weather we are doing a bbq with a bunch of our door activities!!
When ?
April 27th 1 pm!
Where ?
Liberty Park
It will be a potluck style bbq ! Bring what you’d want to get cooked up and anything else you want ! We have a sign up sheet in the gym for this as well!
Bring anyone you want ! We will have stuff to tie dye/bleach dye so go to the pro shop and get you some black or white wraps and shirts !! We will also have a bunch of games to play! We hope to see you all there !

Such an amazing group of coaches! We are missing a few but it’s awesome when most of our amazing coaches are in for a class!
