Eccles Presents Salt Lake Speaks: Heart & Sol is a multi-lingual, free-to-attend evening of poetry and spoken word, celebrating radical self-love, body positivity, and the power of embracing your true self on Friday, July 12th. Performing in nine languages, 16 local poets will immerse you in an extra-sensory experience where the vibrations and rhythms of their art transcend language and offer profound connections, whether the words are familiar or new to you. They will be accompanied by local pianist Gonzalo Sepúlveda.

Selected participants will have the opportunity to exhibit up to two cultural exhibitions over two years and showcase at three amazing Salt Lake County venues:
• George S. and Dolores Doré Eccles Theater
• Mid-Valley Performing Arts Center
• Salt Lake County Government Center ✨
This opportunity is open exclusively to arts and cultural organizations located within Salt Lake County. Individual artists are not eligible to apply.
