The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university and at least five years minimum related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. As Practice Administrator, this individual must:
• Have excellent analytical, problem-solving, customer service, communication, and project management skills.
• Be able to inspire respect and trust within the team and able to build morale and group commitments to goals and objectives.
• Exhibit sound and accurate judgment.
• Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness.
