How do I place an order?
- send us a Facebook message or email us at the address listed on our page details.

How much is shipping?
- I only ship USPS Priority Mail, which includes insurance. Two badge reels are less than 1lb, which is $8.00 to the continental US. Orders over $50.00 ship free! Regrettably, we do not ship internationally. Handling fees are NOT charged.

How much does it cost to have a custom badge reel made?
- The price is the same. However, I do not start work on it until full payment has been made in advance.

What methods of payment do you accept?
- I accept PayPal, Venmo, and CashApp. For in-person sales, I accept credit/debit cards using Square.

Can I have my badge reel personalized?
- Some of our badge reels do not have room for personalization. Others are made specifically for personalization. Please check the listing to see if this option is available.

What is the fee for personalization?
- Personalization is free.

What is the turnaround time on a badge reel?
- 3 days. Most of that is drying time, but it has to be fully dry before decorating and/or personalizing. Your order will ship on the 3rd or 4th day after payment is received. The only exception to this is if I already have the one you want made.

Do I want a dope logo or cartoon made of me?
- No, thank you.
