**This role consists of heavy lifting and inside non conditioned air of new construction homes . ** There will also be occasional carpentry construction jobs in occupied homes ** This is a 1099 position**

A majority of work assignments will be on the north and north east side with occasional assignments far west and new braunfels.

Candidates must have good English speaking skills , reliable transportation, be punctual and a great work ethic. Drug and alcohol free during work times. No exceptions.

Candidates are not required to have previous experience but must have basic understanding of carpentry i.e. read a tape measure ,basic understanding of power tools such as a saw and nailer .

Canidates will need to supply their own basic hand tools such as a tape measure , speed square , small pry bar , chisel and mallet and tool pouch .

Pay will start at $15 per hour for all but can quickly be increased with good aptitude of the role and progress learned. Reliability, attitude and quality of work are biggest factors to increases . Hours per week average between 32 and 45 hrs per week .
