I can finally share Bre’s gorgeous Senior portraits!! We had such a fun morning getting these done at sunrise. Bre is a busy girl, going to school, working, and doing Cheer Squad for the past ten years!! Congratulations on your Senior year, Bre!!

Four Years ago this Spring Break, we left our Carnival cruise ship in St. Thomas and headed out to an adventure!

We were on our way to pick up the Jeep we rented, and make the short drive to St. John.

Little did we know the adventure we were getting into. Remember when that little Jeep shop had one worker, who seemed incoherent and happy at the same time?! He coolly said our jeep was rented out that morning and he didn’t have any left.

By then, I was already stressed out and upset, thinking our adventure was cancelled. Not you, you’ve always been my hero and a problem solver. You quickly found a taxi driver, albeit, very sketchy, and asked him to drive us to the ferry.

Soon, we were on our way to St. John, on edge from the guy’s driving and the van we were in! We made it though! We just had to wait until our turn to catch the ferry!

By the time we finally caught the ferry and made it to Trunk Bay, we had only about two hours to snorkel and get back to the boat.

Remember how stressed out I was and pi**ed off at the day?! All I wanted to do was jump in the water and start snorkeling. Not you, you took your time setting up the GoPro and taking photos. I was so annoyed when you asked me to take a selfie. I had no idea the happiness you were about to bring me, though.

As I walked back to grab my snorkel gear, you requested one last selfie. Annoyed, I reluctantly turned around, You dropped to one knee and made me the happiest girl so fast, I wasn’t sure what was going on, but I’m so thankful you did! You’re the best daddy to Cayden and an amazing husband and best friend, even if I don’t always tell you because I’m in pain from surgery and feel helpless 😁

This October, we’ve been married four years and together six. Who can believe it’s already been that long?! Thank you for being my best friend, husband, daddy, and coworker for our awesome business!

Everyone, meet Snickers (Snickerdoodle)! He’s the sweetest two year old pup and on his way to being Cayden’s best buddy. We can’t wait for Cayden and Snickers to grow up together. They’re already playing fetch and loving on one another.

It's Spring Forward day!!! That means in just a few short weeks we will be walking into Spring like these cool cats!

Well.... one of us will be walking, I'm officially scooter certified for about five more weeks. My foot isn't slowing us down though! We have engagement sessions, weddings and even a few portrait sessions coming our way in March and April!

I just had to save the best sneak peeks for last! Champagne shots are the most fun, especially when bride & groom fight for it. 🤣😂

We love candid shots because our couple's are most natural and are truly radiant. Posed photos are classic so of course we have to get a few of those, but those candids. 😍

Tyler and I believe to keep a marriage fun, you need to laugh daily. That's exactly what Analey & William will do for years to come!

I'm so excited to share sneak peeks of Analey & William's engagement session. We had a blast with these two and loved all the candid moments we caught. Just wait until you see the champagne shots!

Hi there! It's a new month so I thought I would take some time and formally introduce ourselves!
We are Ashley & Tyler and the super adorable kiddo, is our sweet Valentine's baby, Cayden.
We are husband and wife, and best friends. Most notable, we are both kids at ♥️. Now that we have our own kid, we have the most fun shooting Nerf guns at one another, trying to play sniper, and chasing our two year old around the house with Dinosaur Trucks.
We LOVE to travel and our favorite place to be is likely under water with the fish, sharks, and turtles, swimming with fins, a mask and a 45 pound oxygen tank strapped to our backs.

When we aren't traveling or hanging out with our kiddo, we are hopefully at weddings which feel like date nights for us, because we get to celebrate with the best clients, dancing the night away!
I may or may not be equally addicted to coffee and Schott's Meat Market beef jerky. Tyler can't live without sugar.

We both judge Mexican restaurants based on their Chips and Salsa and consider ourselves salsa connoisseurs. We can even recognize where restaurants purchase their tortilla chips.😳

We love couples that are sentimental, listen to a variety of music which includes Texas Country and 90s music (Spice Girls and Destiny's Child!), and can be spontaneous and goofy.
We value friendships and strongly believe they are just as important, if not more than the production of photos.
I digress.

Hello, March!! In honor of Women’s History Month, I wanted to give a shout out to these two, strong, and beautiful ladies!!

Nanny, you are so level headed and humble and we all admire your strength in always staying cool in rough situations. You’ve always been poised and kind, even when people tick you off!

Mama, you have always been my hero and biggest cheerleader. Plus you’re the best Gammy to our little man. You’re strong willed and I’m certain I get my independence and spontaneity from you!

Today, I was looking through my galleries and this gorgeous cake caught my eye! Such a clean, crisp and simple cake. It tasted delicious too!!

This weekend was so busy, I'm playing catch up. I had the honor of photographing TWO weddings Friday, and Saturday and a super fun engagement session on Sunday!

I'm anxiously working on edits and can't wait to share with you all!

Back to cakes, what's your favorite flavor?! This weekend, we had cupcakes, and Saturday I had a decadent chocolate cake! My favorite though, has to be strawberry!

I ❤️ this photo. Every time I see it, I laugh and think, “if you like it then you should of put a ring on it.” Then, I say to myself, “he put a ring on it,” and they’re both so happy! 🤣😂

I will NEVER stop being in awe of my clients. My favorite part of my job is getting to hear how excited and joyful my clients are after a session.

We have fun during the engagement session, a time to get to know one another and talk. Some photographers spend their time walking from one location to another, reviewing photos.

My favorite thing to do is to ask questions, and get to know you on a deeper level. Learning about my couple’s life.

Honestly, we have so many couples that remind me of Tyler and myself, so when it’s time for our session, we fit together so well! Find you a photographer that will take the time to know you and go above and beyond!

I am in love with Krislyn & Tyler’s sweet little family!! They’re wedding is coming up, so when they decided to turn their engagement session into a hybrid family session, my ❤️ melted!
Sweet baby boy’s little cowboy boots and western shirt were so adorable! We can’t wait for their beautiful ranch wedding to get here!

Happy Sunday!!! This week is supposed to be sunny and beautiful here in San Antonio! Eighty degree days has my photographer ❤️ giddy as it means we’re just a few weeks from those looonnng summer nights.
Anyone else ready for daylight savings to be over?! Lau, our sweet student from Germany, leave us in June so we have lots of “summer” plans before he goes!

I can count at least four times I cry at a wedding, Every. Single. Time.
1. First looks with Dad
2. First looks with soon to be Husband
3. When our Bride & Groom say their own vows to one another.
4. ALL FIRST DANCES
These moments are so intimate and precious, the wedding could be the most joyous, fun wedding and I'll still be fighting back tears. Of course, they're always tears of happiness 😍
Maybe it's because I was always a daddy's girl growing up and partly because I remember when Tyler and I wrote and said our own vows. We purchased His and Hers vow books to write them in. Now, we have our vows written on canvas board, hung above our bed.
Or maybe it's from having my own little baby now, as before Cayden, I had always been private about crying in public.
No matter, we love celebrating our couples and are always so honored they chose us to capture their moments.
Anyone else get emotional at weddings? What about in the car when a sad song comes on?

In honor of our sweet Cayden's birthday, today, I couldn't go without posting the sweetest Valentine we will ever have!
