Looking forward into 2024 with a vision bigger than 2023 produced. These last 3 weeks have been planning what the future looos like and I’m super excited to see at come together!!!

The home under contract has a unique story as I took over this listing after being on market with another agent for almost 4 months. Client was a referral from some close friends who's sister happen to live next door. She heard how well I did with the sale of their home so she had her neighbors reachout to me. This famioy had already moved to Tyler, TX and had no clue why the home wasn't sold. We took over had some professinal pictures done, walked them through the stratgey of marketing the property and how to highlight the property for more visibility. Within a few days we had 6 showings they had 5 showings in almost 4 months. We received a couple of offers and settled for one that made most sense for them with 3 weeks.

I say these things because a lot of people never know the whole story behind every transaction. Sometimes it's fun to highlight the uniqueness of every transaction and that doesn't include the challanges that come into play at times. Most importatntly is to show how every situation is different and how working with the right agent who understands the market, the stress if buying or selling a home can be and who can negotiate the best terms on your behalf can be super beneficial.
