Sometimes it may be difficult to keep up with skincare, especially when we’re practicing social distancing. Here are some great ways to ensure you are keeping your bodies and skin healthy:
* Wash your face (and neck) every morning and night with a cleanser best suited for your skin type
* After gently patting dry, use a toner
* Moisturize!!!
* Using sunscreen daily can prevent damage to the skin (even while indoors!)
* Exfoliate with a gentle scrub 2-3 times a week to keep up with the cell renewal rate
* Make sure you are removing your makeup at night so your skin can breathe and refresh
* And as always, wash your hands with soap and water before touch your face!
* If you are feeling sick or developing flu-like symptoms, stay hydrated and stay at home until you are fully recovered
