This was such a fun project! My client is an amazing nurse (CNP) and deliveries babies - she works 24 hr shifts! 😳. I got to come in on one of her days off and completely refresh her living room! We had a good amount of budget left, so I surprised her with decor in her eat-in kitchen space too 😉
Other than her knowing what the rug and the coffee table looked like, she went in blind. Complete SURPRISE for when she got home! I love creating cozy and beautiful spaces for my clients to enjoy after coming home from their demanding jobs. Olivia, thanks for trusting me with your space. I feel so blessed to have the best clients! I loved working with this sweet couple 💕 They wanted a cozy retreat that was lighter and brighter. I think we nailed it! I hope they have many lazy mornings and cozy nights in their refreshed bedroom!

LOVED working with my newest clients, Liza and Billy! This is proof that you can make a rental look amazing! They will only be here for a couple years and weren’t able to paint, change lighting or floors, etc…decor only job. We focused on their living room, kitchen, dining room, and the front sitting room AKA bourbon room 🥃 Such fun clients!

Friday night date night 💚

This bathroom went from what we thought would be a quick refresh - to a full remodel 😬. We originally were just going to change the flooring and paint the vanity - maybe some new mirrors, etc. Well, when we started ripping up the flooring - we found mold 😩 So this turned into a complete gut and remodel! Heartache for my clients at first - but I think they are just fine with it now 😉 I am loving the way this spa like primary bathroom came together! Another great project with in the books!

Wowza! This kitchen is my new fav! Remember when I posted a teaser on this awhile back in stories?? Well, this beauty has been signed, sealed, and delivered! I wish I could post more pics to show this awesome transformation! I’ll post more in stories 💚
What did we do? We demoed the old diagonal island and built a custom step down island to allow for plenty of seating. We removed the wall dividing the kitchen from the living room to open up the space and added wine storage. We added 12” molding to the top of cabinets to give the illusion that they go to the ceiling. We used a beautiful quartz as the countertops and carried that up for the backsplash as well! GORG! Obvi, we painted the existing cabinets and upgraded all the lighting. Did we get to do it all? Nope, but eventually we hope to change out the windows and sand / restain the floors, but it’s a process!
It takes a village! Thank you to to my teammates and for making this vision come to life. I just help my clients with the vision, but you do all the work! YOU guys are the BEST! And most of all - thank you for trusting us with your home! 🏡

You guys! I’m embarrassed to post the before pics 🫣 I spend so much of my time helping my clients make their spaces beautiful - that I forget about my own home sometimes! Most of the furniture and decor was from when we first got married - the refresh makes me feel like such a grown up! I obviously didn’t feel like cleaning for the before pics 🤣. We also upgraded our mattress to a adjustable base - game changer! 💤
This was the first time I got to hire KIki and Austin with for my OWN project! They have been making my clients accent walls for 2+ years now. I am so thankful for their partnership 💥 Kiki, I’m ready for another one!

I’ve been wanting to share this - but it’s hard. Cancer hits different these days. Anna and her husband, Nick, were clients of my design business. They are the sweetest family. Anna’s smile was so infectious and I loved watching her be a mommy to her sweet girls. Anna lost her fight with cancer this past weekend, but I know Anna well enough to know that she won a ticket to Heaven! She LOVED Jesus fiercely! Her faith and strength was inspiring. This isn’t fair. Cancer sucks!

Nathaniel Ford is a VERY cool kid! But he has even cooler parents! Nathaniel got a new room because they were celebrating the adoption of this sweet boy! He is going to have a beautiful life now ♥️ So honored to be a part of this special chapter for Team English! And of course his favorite part are the lights hanging from the canopy! 💡💡

This is probably the last fall square of the year for me! I have several clients that I am Christmas decorating for this year 🎄, so that means early up for me! I want to make sure mine goes up first, so I don’t lose steam on my own decor after I do my client installs 🎄
I know right offer Thanksgiving is usually the norm, but hopefully I can share some early inspo for you! Are you getting the itch early this year?

What are your Halloween plans/traditions? It’s a block party kinda vibe in our neighborhood - very busy and festive! Haunted houses, decorated golf carts, driveway parties, a bunch of cute kiddos, and adult beverages FTW!

If I put out a sign that says Fall - will that make the weather change!? We are getting a “cold front” come through on Tuesday that will get it down into the high 80s…so I guess I’ll just have to take that for now 🍁🍁

I sometimes forget where we started! This project took way to long to complete for so many reasons. Slow furniture turnaround times, then furniture returns due to damage, delays due to my husbands cancer treatments - all the things happened! BUT, when you see the before and after…all the delays seem worth it. Swipe to see the transformation! So honored to take this dated living room and turn it into my clients light, bright, airy, modern dreams 😍 - can you believe this?? Too bad we didn’t fix the rug fringe 🤣🤣

Nooks are hard! Can I get an Amen? Don’t overthink them - keep it simple. I totally whiffed on a tutorial for you guys on these sconces - they use battery operated lighting so we didn’t have to run new electricity! I’ll update with a tutorial soon!

I love what I do! I love making beautiful spaces, I love helping clients turn their houses into cozy homes, I love a good before & after, but mostly I love meeting all the great people and families ♥️ The Lozano’s are amazing! What started off as an easy decor job where we were just going to decorate a few rooms and change the kitchen backsplash has turned into a COMPLETE home renovation. This is the first space I wanted to share, but can’t wait to show the project in its entirety!
First up, dining room. We wanted this room to be clean and simple. I think we nailed it! 💪🏻 Couldn’t have done it without my team over Kiki and Austin always help me transform walls into pieces of art! Happy Saturday! I got all of the faucet replacement done! 💪🏻 YouTube can teach you how to do ANYTHING! Changed out the faucet, filtered water faucet, and garbage disposal button all to matte black 🖤 Super easy DIY. Why didn’t I do this earlier!? I’m LOVING the change! Small changes - big impact.
Pro tip! I always snag all the black glass Garrison + Home hand and dish soaps when I see them at Home Goods for clients! For my own home - I’ve had these soap bottles for years! I just refill once the original soap is gone with my soap of choice 😃 Found them online for ya too! {Links in bio}

Let’s take a minute here - when I say paint can make a HUGE change - this is what I mean!! I love taking “brown town” to GORG! We are still going to change countertops - but you guys 😍 it’s already 100% better! This kitchen for my client was done by my fabulous partner Kiki with Painting the Hills LLC!! Another amazing job!
