As you can see my client’s wax came out super perfect right. 🤩
But her skin’s a little red. It can seem a little scary if you’ve never been waxed before. I get it! This is called a histamine reaction. They can also sometimes look like the skin gets welty. But no need to be alarmed! This is a common reaction from the body to protect our skin when it feels we are “under attack” from something uncommon. Removing months worth of hair growth is pretty much an attack 😂 but these bumps will show immediately and disappear sometimes in 1-2 hours or sometimes before you even get home! ✨😇💕

Just wanted to let anyone who has never been waxed before but was thinking about it for Valentine’s Day know that it’s best to start at LEAST one month in advance of any special occasion if you have very high expectations for the result!!!
When you first start waxing, you’re coming to us from shaving or trimming or whatever it is that was being done. Most likely the hairs are not all the same length. So I say you come in one month before a special occasion like Vday because you want your Vday wax to come out CLEAN and SMOOTH.
January is the perfect month to start so that next month you don’t have any annoying little stragglers. ❤️
