This guest speaker appearance was on behalf of and the conversation centered around their experience as Chef Ambassadors.

A special shoutout to Arisa and Chelsey from the office for capturing some behind the scene moments. Without Arisa’s hard work and guidance, moments like these would not be possible.

Fun fact: Chef Gary Rice, director of the Hospitality Academy, was one of Chef Leo’s first culinary instructors and later hired Chef Leo as a chef instructor to guide the next generation of great chefs.

This dessert is a true labor of love and probably one of our most complex dishes. We love seeing the customers faces when the plate reaches their table and their first bite reactions are priceless!”
