This one is a first for me in the beautiful city of San Antonio!
I sold these frequently when we lived in McAllen a couple of years ago. We called it a “Sandwichon.” 🥰 It serves about 8-10 people depending on the slice width, of course. 😉

This 6 layered sandwich is made with 100% homemade chicken breast salad, ham salad and Velveeta cheese sauce. Topped with pineapple cream cheese and pineapple rings. Pecan pieces upon request.
