The Chicharron Crispy with Egg Breakfast Plate is an oldie but goodie classic! The Huevo Ranchero Breakfast Plate prepared with scrambled egg vs over easy is a nice alternative. We always serve with the ranchero sauce on side so you can put as little or as much as you prefer.

The Toasted Taco phenomenon continues in 2024! They take a bit longer to prepare but the melted cheese and/or the satisfaction of the crunch is well worth the wait!
