Ive been told that this will be my last day as a business on this platform. Thank you to everyone that have taken the time to visit. It’s hard to believe that someone can say I’ve violated META terms and they stay hidden in the background while feeling a sense of power. Remember power corrupts altimate power corrupts altimately.

All I know how to do is sell my product and it feels like I’m being penalized for doing that.

I want to take this time to thank God for everything he’s done to me, for me, and through me. While preparing for another year. I thank everyone for your continued support. We look forward to once again seeing everyone in the future. We’re also looking forward to adding new items to our menu.

Christmas drive for kids at Sam Houston High school - 3

Someone has been trying to take over my Facebook account as well as make a name change. I’ve been open now for over 21 years. I have no reason to change the name. To the person that’s trying to do these things. I must say. I wish you were trying to pay my taxes instead of changing my name.

I was asked, why is it that I have only one restaurant? My answer is always the fact that I can’t find anyone that reminds me of me. We may be one restaurant but we still do what other larger restaurants can do, but don’t. That being said, Sam Houston High School is having a toy giveaway this Saturday for the children. We are donating lunches for the children that come to get a toy. I’m asking anyone that reads this and can. Please stop by and drop off a donation to help with endiver. We take “ dedicated to serve and help uplift the Community serious “

Everyone that know me. Know that I am a man of many stories. I was asked one day about a story. Please read to the end. I was in the lobby and I overheard a table full of ladies putting men down. I ask them could I say something in the form of a story.
One day I came to work and there was a dog that appeared at my door. She was female. I gave her food and water. She would come by every day. One day she she didn’t come. I didn’t see her again for 3 weeks. When I saw her I again gave her food and water. A friend of mind came up to me and said he took the dog home. He said he gave her a dog house, a pillow to sleep on food and water. Everything was alright for one week. Then he got a call from a neighbor that told him that his dog was running in the street. She dug under the fence to get out. He filled up the hole, put her back in the yard, and told her don’t do it again. Well she did and he brought her back. Then he left. After he left I looked at the dog and said , that since you’re a dog I might as well tell you what’s on my mind. When I met you, you were looking for food and water. Someone found you. Gave you food and water, a pillow to sleep on and a house to live in ; but you kept looking through the gate and saw the dogs running the street. Then you longed for your pass. You got caught. You were told not to do it again. Then you did it again. Now you’re back where you were. Since you’re a dog you can’t tell him to take me back I’ll stay in the yard. All you can do is bark. Two days later the dog catcher picked her up. I never saw her again.
Soon as I finished the story, one young lady sitting at the table told the other young ladies. “ Y’all need to excuse me but I need to go home”

April 5th will mark 21 years in business. I’m reminded that when I was 18, I saw how a manager could impact his employees. It was then that I told my family and friends that I was going to own a chicken restaurant. I was told I was a fool to think chicken was going to support a family. 26 years later my dream came true. I never forgot I was called a FOOL. The real name of my company is

I want to thank everyone that came out to welcome us back. We have a fried riblet that because we marinate them for 21 hours taste like a seasoned pork chop. I find myself apologizing for the fact that we ran out of riblets before 4:00. I’m working to make sure that never happens again. Thank you for your support. Please remember we’re open Tuesday- Saturday from 11:00 - 7:00. Sunday from 12:00. - 7:00.

We are back. Had a great time on vacation. We will be open 11:00 Wednesday ( February 8, 2023) hope to see everyone soon.

All of the crew at Chatman’s Chicken are going on Vacation. Everyone is happy because it is a paid Vacation. We will be closing at the end of the day on next Thursday ( January 26 , 2023). We will open Wednesday ( February 8, 2023) We thank everyone for supporting us and look forward to seeing everyone when we return.

Starting today we will be serving a shrimp platter. It’ll also be spicy, lemon pepper, and original. Stop by , check it out and tell me what you think.

I want to first thank God for giving us another year. I thank everyone that has taken the time to support us. We couldn’t have made it this far without your support. Out of all things I had to face. I now must face the one thing I knew I had to face one day RETIREMENT. We will be closed January first and second. Look forward to seeing our customers once again next year.
