The last 9-week fit challenge of 2023 starts September 8th! May seem like a long way from now, but it will come around faster than you think! What is the 9-week fit challenge? First, I will tell you it is NOT a weight watcher's type program. This is a program to make you start thinking and acting like an athlete....not someone looking for a quick fix. You will learn about weight training, why it's important, how to weight train, and more. You will be provided a meal plan and incorporate a healthy mindset towards food. You will be accountable not only to yourself, but to your teammates and to ME. You will learn a lot about food, healthy lifestyle, and most importantly about yourself and what you are capable of. Do you have to be anywhere at any given day? No. This is an online program, and we all have 24 hours in a day. I don't care how you get from A to Z every day.....just get there. Do you have to belong to a gym? Yes and no. You will be given a daily workout plan and it's YOUR job to either work with what you have at home to do the workout OR JOIN A GYM! You will benefit MORE from joining a gym! Join for yourself, join with a friend, or a spouse, but once the program starts, no one will be able to join. Don't procrastinate......THAT is what got you where you are in the first place if you are not feeling good about yourself. 🙂 Share with friends you like! I randomly did!

What a sleepy Sunday! We got up for church online & after I went back to bed for 2 hours🫣😬. Felt awesome. Had my sleeping buddy, Itsy, with me. She’s a good snuggle bug! The last time I was at GNC I grabbed a few products I had never tried. I mentioned Total Beets, which I really liked. I also got a product called Plasm Caps, which is a nitric oxide booster. I’m really trying to get away from caffeine stimulate products. Plasm Caps V2 is a non-stimulant nitric oxide capsule that is designed to improve endurance, blood flow, and overall vasodilation to the extremities. It can even be used with pre-workouts. It increases your vasodilation, which brings more oxygen delivery to your muscles. Gives great pumps!
