The next 9-week fit challenge will start on Friday, September 6th! I've had a few folks DM me some questions, so maybe you have the same questions:

1. "I don't want to be too muscular." I wish I could say it only took 9 weeks to build the muscle mass I have, but it takes years. No. You will not have the same muscle mass as I do. YOU WILL BE A BETTER VERSION OF YOURSELF. :-) (And sexy version of yourself to boot!)

2. Can men join? YES! I love when couples join, or men join in general. Come on! I don't bite! :-)

3. How do you do what you do day in and day out? Good question! I am a "To Do List" kind of gal. I always write my daily to do list for the next day and on it, I actually write down "work out", "cardio", and anything else that I need to get done. I focus on nothing other than what is on my list for the day, and I don't get bothered by other distractions people try to put on me....if they need me to do something, I'll add it to the NEXT days to do list. I have MY to do list for the day already. It feels awesome scratching off one by one and feeling accomplished! I also believe in visualizing the end results of some of my goals. For example, when I have to do a routine for a show, I spend a good month doing nothing other than listening to my routine music over and over again and while doing so, I'm visualizing every beat, every high and low point of the music, then I slowly migrate movements to the music in my head visualizing me doing a routine....after a month of this, I put pen to paper and write down what I visualized and THEN I actually practice physically the routine itself as I visualized it in my head. This practice can implement into any aspect of your life from work, health, etc. Know your end goal, see it, and do everything possible to move you closer to that goal.

Losing weight fast is easy. Keeping weight off is hard. It's a mindset and a lifestyle. Join me to learn a different way of thinking!
