Jeff finished up another Factory Stock engine tonight. This one belongs to Trey Heald. He runs out at I 37 Speedway. It’s almost ready, we will be putting it on our run stand tomorrow to break it in. Get ready Trey! We appreciate the business!

Great advice this Earth Day! Plant a tree and support your local dragstrip!

I’m so proud of my son Jake! We’ve only had the car for about a year and a half. We purchased it from our good friend - customer Bryan Littlefield. Thought it would be a good starter car to start drag racing. Jake took to it well! He won his first race at Evadale Raceway in just his fifth race! The car is not consistent yet, but we’re working on it. Jake was just killing the tree! If he keeps doing that, I’m sure we will win some more races! Thanks to everyone who helps us out. Especially Jeff Long for use of his shop and tools! And Trailer! And Mike Dodd for expertise knowledge! Mark Rodriguez and Joey Trevino for their input! We appreciate it!!! ❤️

We promised this little 331 before Christmas and we delivered! This is going in a 67 Camaro for Mario Fuentes. The car belonged to his father. With the help of his mother , Mario is restoring the car in memory of his father and he wanted us to build the engine. With flat top pistons, 6” rods, hydraulic roller cam, 9.8:1 compression, This combination should run Great! Mario and his Mom picked it up on Saturday. They were so grateful. He just couldn’t stop thanking us! We appreciate y’all letting us build your engine! Thank You and have a Merry Christmas! ❤️🎁🎄

We haven’t posted anything in a long while. But we’re still here and slammed as usual. Jeff’s working on five different engines at once. A V-10 Triton Ford, a 498 ci Big Block Chevy, a little 331 ci Small Block, a 440 Big Block Mopar, and a little high reving 416 Small Block .

We used to be a dealer for VP Racing Fuel back in the 70’s and 80’s. Well we have our account open again thanks to Brad Horton!

We lost another local drag racer and engine builder Jerry Janke. Sincere condolences from the Long family. 🙏🏻❤️

Mike Dromgoole finished the work benches this evening. Cabinets are next! This is going to be a very nice engine assembly room!

We have been remodeling our assembly room for the last couple of months. Bubba Menard installed our new suspended ceiling. We had Jason Guererro and his crew install new AC vents. Our good buddy Mike Dodd rewired the room and installed some very bright LED lights. Our brothers John & James helped out a lot with the epoxy floor. Our friend Mike Dromgoole took out the dividing wall and helped out a bunch with trim work, painting and building of our new work benches. It’s turning out very nice and it’s almost finished. We still need to add cabinets and shelves. It was first built back in the early eighties. It was way overdue for an upgrade!
