This is my client that wanted to build muscle and lose fat. If you compare the pink high lighter to the yellow we are doing amazing. Weight is up 💪🏼. Fat is down. Muscles are growning. His percentage of each limb is up. That is what you want to see. His skeletal muscle and joints is up. As we age we want that number to go up as we age. This will keep our frame stronger to carry us up as we become weaker.

He has listened to my directions for almost 4 weeks. After week one he said “Hey am I suppose to change this quick? Yes you are! If you eat what your body needs and workout properly you will transform your body. I see him in person only 3 days a week.
I have him in a 6 month contract.
Very excited for him.

We have 67 challenges in this group. Growing by the 💪🏼 muscles. Next one is in January if you want to do expect what is done to get to the stage. You will not regret it.
