Last night was a remarkable evening at the March of Dimes Gala in Austin, Texas. Chef Brian Randolph of Dorrego’s at Hotel Valencia joined forces with Chef Tavel of Mesquite to present a delectable lamb shank dish. Together, their efforts raised an impressive $4,500 for this important cause.
