Brandee and Belénn have open appointments open Halloween day at FAST Wellness!

Retired marathon runner but avid 5 and 10K trail runner meets golf and sedentary office job for over 15 years. His right handed golf swing created a nice pull and his right side was pulling his left side, which was more noticeable supine and from me squatting down to get eye level. Cleaned out his ribs via vacuum pump hard cupping, after I fascially released the pull in his torso.

Longtime client that leans to the right in her car while she commutes. Over time this created a "pinch" in her fascia on her right side. She also sits with her right leg bent and pulled forward because of the pain in her lower back, which is an effect from the leaning in her car. The bruises look scary, however it was instant relief for her and she's getting better blood flow to the area. We are creatures of habit and the hardest habit to break is the mental aspect of repeating the action (s) that contributed to the soft tissue problem.

Amy Steinwald is a seasoned bodywork professional with a passion for facilitating healing and wellness. Originally hailing from North Dakota and more recently calling Texas her home after 20 years of training and working in Chicago.

With a foundation in dance, Amy's love for movement, psychology and the body led her to graduate with a BA in Dance Movement Therapy. She's not only a former ballet and modern dancer but also a licensed massage therapist and a certified Thai bodyworker. Amy's expertise extends to teaching both group and private Yoga and Pilates classes, accumulating two decades of experience in this domain.

Amy's approach to her clients' well-being is multi-faceted, drawing from her extensive education and years of practice. Her toolkit includes various modalities such as Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Assisted Stretching, Cupping Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Conscious Corrective Exercise, Therapeutic Pilates, and Yoga. Local Pharmacist came to us for mid-upper back pain along with some shoulder tightness. Once again, his job keeps his upper torso in a medially rotated state causing his upper back to stay long and locked while his pecs and subclavius are tight and short. He survived, and keeps us in his calendar for routine maintenance.

Professional Photographer losing sleep from mid back and rib pain. He's left hand dominant and his talent keeps his body medially rotated and hunched forward. I used fascia blasters, a gua sha, silicone cups, and vacuum cups to free his back, while I used our FAST technique to open up his chest and arms.

Senior year means time for decisions…Smithson Valley Quarterback came to us for residual soft tissue pain in his L4-5. He sustained a compression fracture in his off season and after it completed healed, I treated the area with the Dolphin Neurostim’s as a scar. Fast forward two years post break, and I’m just cleaning up his lamina groove and keeping his quads and hamstrings freely moving. Looks worse than it feels!

Another work of art for this client. He has been coming to us for as a referral from another client, and we appreciate that he completely trusts us with our knowledge to help him. This particular type of cupping will help open up the vertebral column, increase his happy hormones via his parasympathetic nervous system, and alleviate cellular waste. He continues to improve and still sees us for regular maintenance.

Local amazing chiropractor came to us, finally, after we referred clients to one another. Although this looks painful and scary, he is doing so much better and probably slept like a baby. This form of cupping is done with the smallest plastic cup, and it allows us to get in between the intercostals and lamina groove. The darker the marks, the more issues in the tissues.

Client has been suffering from left hand numbness and tingling for too many years to recall. This is her second dedication to it, and the cupping marks speak for themselves. It looks worse than what it actually is.
