A founding member since 1995 of Les Dames d’Escoffier San Antonio, Rosemary Kowalski is 100 years young today - and the journey continues!
We’re celebrating her lifetime of culinary innovation and inspiring all women, matched by a commitment to service, philanthropy, and passion for hard work.

Rosemary’s efforts are far-reaching and diverse, and she’s been recognized by so many (many!) organizations. This year alone, she received the first-ever Visionary Award from Morgan’s and was honored by the University of Texas San Antonio during Women’s History Month with an exhibit dedicated to her life and legacy. Other recent honors have included the Tribute to Women Business Leaders, San Antonio Women’s Chamber of Commerce; the Marcia Nasatir Award, San Antonio Film Festival; Lifetime Achievement Award, Alamo Asian American Chamber of Commerce; plus a feature story in San Antonio Magazine!! So many accomplishments, so much spirit.

Congratulations to our Vice President of Corporate Relations Jamie Kowalski on being recognized as one of the The Business Journals's Texas Top 100 Influential Pros to know in 2024!

Jamie is truly a standout leader. She has been integral in extending our charitable and community activities hand-in-hand with grandmother-in-law Rosemary, and she devotedly serves on various boards, including Port San Antonio where she advocates for innovation, growth and awareness of its positive business impact, and UT Health San Antonio Mays Cancer Center Board Chair, where she is actively supporting the 2024 opening of the UT Health San Antonio Multispecialty & Research Hospital that will revolutionize care in San Antonio and the surrounding area.

London Calling! 🇬🇧 Congratulations to our event team in bringing home 4 awards last night at the annual Taste of NACE Alamo Chapter, including Most Delicious Dessert & Exceptional Design Experience.

The theme: The Clash! A fully immersive experience - from our "London Falling" cocktail that featured floating Citrus Smoke Bubbles guests caught with their drinks, to our red Telephone Booth Dessert Bar serving up a refreshing Lemon Lavender Ice Cream Sandwich on Joconde Biscuits with Amethyst Macarons.
