Crystal is The SC Team’s Loan Processor. She was born and raised in California, but moved here in 2003 and calls Texas home with her husband and two children. She started in the mortgage business as a receptionist and quickly realized how much she enjoyed it! She took in as much as possible and became a loan processor in 2006, and since then has continued to expand her knowledge in the business.

Crystal really loves and values being a team player, knowing that each role is important to the overall success of the team. She contributes to the success by prequalifying borrowers, processing the files, reviewing all documents to submit to the underwriter and ensures that loans close on time or early! The SC Team really values her strong organizational skills, attention to detail and dedication to creating the best experiences for our clients as they purchase their dream home.

Michelle is our Team’s Loan Partner. Born and raised right here in San Antonio, graduating from Churchill High School and the University of Texas at San Antonio, she loves our city through and through! Including, of course, the Spurs!

With 10 years banking experience, 3 years specific to the mortgage industry, Michelle has the experience to know that everyone’s situation is different but that the end goal is to always help our clients close on their home.

As an integral member of The SC Team, Michelle contributes by collecting all items from clients in the beginning of the loan transaction to ordering the appraisal, title work, insurance and more. She keeps everyone informed of each step of the process with weekly status updates, which means the process runs smoothly and effectively for everyone involved. Michelle’s diligence and passion for this business truly shows how much she loves being a part of our client’s journey to homeownership.
