Team work makes things happen….Several donors and a church funded the playground rebuild. Community Bible Church San Antonio helped our Maasai Corner maintenance staff with the work, friends from Fort Worth brought climbing wall handles holds and the kids love it!

Recently we shared about how the playground at Maasai Corner was in bad shape due to rot and termites… and some of you responded generously to help us replace it! We are so excited to welcome our first team of 2024 from @cbcsocial ! They will be helping us host a music and drama camp, build a playground for one of our schools and hosting a mini youth camp at a rural church plant. There will be several opportunities to share the Gospel. Please be praying that Jesus will be glorified and people will be encouraged to put their faith in Him.
Real 4 Christ Ministries employs 53 staff between our two school campuses and clinic… We had a wonderful staff appreciation day! We talked about being a team and our common mission to Reach East African lives for Christ. Then, we celebrated the successes of the first term, recognized our top staff with certificates and gifts, played games and had a great lunch together. Our junior high students had a great time in the science lab today learning about different kinds of microscopes, their parts and how to use them as they looked at plant and animals cells! We are thankful to have a great lab tech (Moses) on campus that is passionate about his work. He did an amazing job today teaching the kids. #real4christministries #r4cchildsponsorship
Today we have seen a miracle!!!Everything at Mwena Fellowship has taken A LONG TIME. BUT with that wait, has come blessings. The land dispute took three years to clear up. When it was done, we got a better property and saw salvations during the building process.One year ago, we submitted paperwork to partner with the county to drill a water well. Once the paperwork was approved we were bumped out of the queue a couple of times. Then in mid September, we were finally able to drill. Water was hit at about 40 meters (131 feet). At 45 meters the drill bit stuck and had been stuck for six months. A lot of money and time was spent trying to get the drill bit unstuck. Finally, this week, David and William met with the people at the ministry of water and were able to make a plan to move forward. This morning, the drill team from Kwale County Water started drilling. Water was first his at 30 meters (98 feet). As the bit got to 40 meters, everyone was praying that it would continue without issue. 45 meters, 50 meters, 60 meters, good water and at 70 meters (229 feet) the team said it was time to stop. The water flow appears to be really good even though we are in dry season. There is very little if any salt in the water, David tasted it. Mwena Fellowship will be able to share life giving water with the local community but more importantly, they have the Living Water that will never run dry and give eternal life to anyone who calls on Him!We are so thankful for those that gave and prayed for this water project at Mwena Fellowship!!!Www.real4christ.com
Heavy rains and flooding have washed out our roads to Maasai Corner and Mwalumba, but God is still working here in Kenya! Please pray for our soccer camps starting tomorrow and Saturday. Many of the participants do not believe the way that we do and the Gospel will be shared. Pray that they feel Gods love through these events. #real4christministries
