Our junior high students are excited about getting their new track suits! They will be going to compete in the area games next week in soccer, volleyball and netball. We are praying that they have a great time and represent Maasai Corner well.

We are thankful for the Calvary Cisco team: for their love and support and for how they came and served alongside us They loved on our students, shared the Gospel in a new community, preached and taught Sunday school at Maasai Corner and Mwalumba and helped serve at the launch party! We love these people and are so grateful for them 👏🌍❤️

This sweet girl was born today at 5:10am! Both mother and baby are in good condition. We are so thankful for our medical team that is committed to serving the communities around Maasai Corner 🤍🤍🤍

Pastor Challa had the first Bible study on the new property. We are excited to see what God does there. The Makonde tribe is an unreached people group that live in this area.

We are so thankful for Pastor Jon and the Hallmark team coming to serve with us in Kenya!!! They taught music class in our schools, loved on the kids, helped to host a leadership seminar for our pastors and their wives, shared the Gospel and baptized. This team was a blessing to many!

Join us in congratulating Pastor George from Maasai Corner Church; for getting certified and teaching his very first BTCP (Bible Training Course for Pastors) class! We are so thankful for him and his desire to teach the Bible.

Crazy ending to a crazy day at Maasai Corner.

We love our trees on campus. We have MANY. When we cut one, we try to plant one.

After everyone was off campus we got a call that one of our big cashew nut trees fell. They are notorious for breaking. They get a rotten spot and then become hollow.

Thankfully no one was hurt. Our team will clean it up tomorrow. It will provide A LOT of firewood for our new cookers coming soon.

Just another day around Maasai Corner. No rain for two weeks and then we get rain for almost 36 hours straight.

This bus is rented for the day to take our kids to a county music festival competition. Thankfully we were able to winch it out and get them going.

Our new slogan concerning the roads is “some people do this for fun but this is our life.”

The students at Mwalumba love nurse Alice! Today, she did check ups for all of the kids and distributed deworming medication.

Yesterday was such a special day. Guests from the US, joined us in a very rural part of Southern Kenya to purchase land for a new church. Pastor Samuel Challa, graduated from BTCP last year. Over the past few years, he has faced some challenges, but remained faithful. Recently, God led him to Mr Rafael who was willing and excited to sell 1.5 acres of land to R4C, for a new church. Pastor Challa was patient and God has provided! We purchased the land and will start preparing the property for a building soon. We are excited to see what God has ahead for Pastor Challa and this new church.

The nutrition program is very important to our students. It gives them the opportunity to focus on their studies and not have to worry about feeling hungry throughout the school day. Real 4 Christ ministries is currently feeding over 400 students 2 meals a day, 5 days a week with an average of 18,320 meals served per month.

R4C medical clinic staff have been doing an amazing job delivering a lot of babies lately! So far, we have had about 34 deliveries this year

We are so thankful to have intern, Maddie Matthews, with us doing art projects with our students! They are loving spending time with her and making decorations for their classrooms.

Team work makes things happen….Several donors and a church funded the playground rebuild. Community Bible Church San Antonio helped our Maasai Corner maintenance staff with the work, friends from Fort Worth brought climbing wall hand holds and the kids love it!

Today started out with the breakfast of champions, hard fried eggs, fried potatoes and chapati. We met pastor Chale to look at land for a new church. The man selling the property is 98 years old and excited to have a church close to him.

Then we made an hour journey to see pastor Julious at Mwakalanga Fellowship. The roads were adventurous to say the least! After that, we had lunch, with pastor Isaiah from Mwena Fellowship.

God is so good!
